Cummins in India marked the 20th anniversary of its Nurturing Brilliance program by inducting 520 engineering scholars for 2025–26 through the Cummins India Foundation. The initiative received over 9,600 applications and selected candidates via a rigorous process, including 20 students with disabilities. Since 2006, it has supported over 3,100 students, focusing on equity, mentorship, and employability. The program provides scholarships, training, and industry exposure to build future-ready engineers across multiple Indian cities and regions nationwide.
